What parts are covered in warranty? A. This warranty is applicable only on mechanical faults found or occur during warranty period on the entire Spin Mop which includes the handle, bucket, and mop plate. If there is any defect due to faulty material or workmanship; change is subject to the following terms and conditions: A. The fitment of the product is proper in accordance to the instructions given on the pack B. Replacement parts such as cleaning refills are not covered in this warranty as these parts require periodic renewal C. The warranty will not be applicable if the mop is repaired or fitted with duplicate parts offered by anyone other than the company (Freudenberg Gala Household Product Pvt Ltd.) D. The warranty does not cover any sort of damage, wear & tear, normal rusting in handle, colour fading / cracks in plastic parts E. The decision of the manufacturer is final in all cases of complaints. No appeals and solicitations will be entertained in this regard. F. There is a provision of lock/unlock button on the handle, breakage of handle due to negligence to unlock the button while wringing is not covered under warranty G. The warranty card duly stamped and signed by the dealer along with the customer details, should be reserved and given along the faulty handle; otherwise the claim will be treated as invalid Q. Is the refill available? A. Gala Turbo Spin Mop refill is available on all DMart online and offline stores near you. Q. Can I fit a circular/ other refill in this spin mop? A. Gala Turbo Spin Mop is built specifically for Triangular refill. If you still try using circular refill then you will need a circular Mop refill cap which again needs to fit in the bucket wringer. We recommend using it with triangular mop heads or Gala Circular head Mop set (handle without bucket) Q. Can we use it to clean walls? A. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like perfumes and items packed in glass. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 5000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
