How the Delivery Process Works of Bellegirl Lifestyle Products:

Once your order is processed by our system, we conduct a thorough inspection of the products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

After passing the final quality check, the items are carefully packed and entrusted to our reliable delivery partner.

Our delivery partners work diligently to deliver the package to you at the earliest convenience. If they encounter difficulties reaching your specified address or delivering at a suitable time, they will reach out to you for resolution.

Packaging Approach:

At Bellegirl Lifestyle, we prioritize sustainability in our packaging practices while ensuring the safe delivery of orders. Our eco-friendly cardboard outer boxes are made from 100% recycled paper. We strive to minimize the use of plastic and, where possible, opt for paper-fillers instead of bubble wrap. Our commitment involves continuous improvement, and we are actively exploring innovative solutions to further reduce plastic usage in our packaging.

Order Tracking:

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message via your registered email and phone number. You can track the status of your package through the 'Track' button in the 'My Orders' section. Additionally, you have the option to receive order updates via SMS.

Estimated Delivery Time:

We typically dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). While 95% of our catalog is readily available in our inventory, certain products may require sourcing directly from the brand, potentially causing a delay. During Mega Sale events, dispatches may also experience a slight delay due to increased order volumes.

Multiple Shipments:

If your order is shipped in multiple parts, rest assured that this is a standard practice. Different components of your order may be dispatched from various warehouse locations. Importantly, you will only be charged shipping/COD fees, if applicable, for the first package received.

Shipping Charges:

For most addresses, standard shipping charges apply. New customers enjoy free shipping on orders above 499, while existing customers also receive free shipping on orders above 499.
